| The Road of Life is a Jungian concept that I have used throughout this site to illustrate in pictures some of the feelings we have as we travel along life’s various paths. There is no doubt that sometimes our road feels bare and lonely, sometimes steep and dangerous. Sometimes we feel exhausted and/or confused. At times it is hard to know which turn to take and the going can get very rough. There is no-one who is not touched by death, failure, illness, overload, conflict or loss, to name a few of the challenges along the way. But if we can reach out to others and let them help us to solve the problems that can be solved and to allow in, the kindness and beauty we have been missing, the road seems brighter and we become more open to life’s wonders and joys. |
