Karyl Pope has 35 years of experience in as a psychotherapist, marriage counsellor, couples counsellor and individual counsellor. She has journeyed a rich and varied life path in which she gained a wealth of experience in her profession as a counsellor and in her life, facing and mastering numerous difficult life challenges. Along with extensive training both academic and practical, Karyl brings the wisdom that very challenging life experiences have taught her. This gives her a special ability to understand marriage and individual challenges and connect with you in your suffering.
The problems clients bring to Karyl are already familiar to her on many fronts, from her training in Psychotherapy as well as in her rich and varied experience an RN, as a student of McMaster School of Divinity, as a teacher of Psychology and Sociology, as a business consultant, a counsellor, as a single parent mother of three, and as a survivor of some of life's most difficult personal challenges.
